The main ideals used in the movement for the revival of the Olympic Games, representing the ideas of Olympism: peace, brotherhood, noble emulation.\u00a0<\/p>

The modern Olympic Games and are based on festive ceremonies. These ceremonies symbolize united spiritual community of all people from different societies. Despite the different socio-cultural background, contribute to a peaceful coexistence of nations. So there will be a reinterpretation of the deeper meanings of race in order to revive the ideals of Olympism and to communicate with people around the world.\u00a0<\/p>

The vision of Pierre de Coubertin and other Greek and foreign, who have worked and dreamed reconstitution of the modern Olympics, was to gather young people around the world, to fight and to praise the friendship, cooperation and solidarity with virtues so anxiously seeking humanity.\u00a0<\/p>

But do the Olympic games fulfill their deeper meaning or aim to economic success and spectacular celebrations?\u00a0<\/p>

By understanding and emphasising the Olympic ideals and the wider context of Athens within the current sociopolitical situation. Athens is currently experiencing an economic crisis. In responce i would like to create a coordination center of humanitarian organizations to eradicate hunger, poverty, disease, enviromental issues through the projection of the issues and the appropriate information with the help of many different recreational activities and actions.\u00a0<\/p>

It will be a multiplex center that provides polymorphic spaces to carry out many different events.\u00a0<\/p>

The design of the building is derived from the general style of the region while referencing the ancient panathenakon stadium. It will be surrounded by an outer skin of aluminum, which will form the basis of horizontal stripes within the context of the general horizontality of the region. They will also continue their element of square, which is in front of the plot, with the help of steps, consolidating the area around of the building and resulting to stress the meaning and the functions of the square where in Greece is an area which is used as a center for meetings, debates and entertainment.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
